Beyond the ruined city, the hero entered the vast desert wasteland. The sun burned overhead, and the air was dry and heavy. SecCom’s SC Investment Checker sensors picked up faint energy readings ahead, but they were unstable. “Something is nearby,” SecCom warned. “But I cannot determine if it is safe.”

The hero stopped, using the SC Investment Checker to scan the landscape. In the distance, a figure moved through the dunes—a lone traveler. The hero had to decide whether to approach or observe from a distance. Rushing in could be dangerous, but avoiding them completely might mean losing valuable information.

Choosing to gather information first, the hero took a careful approach. Hiding behind the wreckage, they used SecCom’s long-range SC Investment Checker to analyze the traveler. The SC Investment Checker detected no immediate threats—no weapons, no Voidspawn energy signatures—but it did reveal that the traveler was an SC Licensed & Registered Persons from the time before Neo’s downfall.

The hero decided to move closer, keeping their guard up. When they finally spoke, the traveler looked up with tired eyes. “You’re searching for the Guardian, aren’t you?” he asked. The hero hesitated but nodded. The traveler introduced himself as an old SC Licensed & Registered Persons who had spent years studying the Guardian’s location. He explained. “It’s a test. The right choices will lead you to it. The wrong ones… will lead you nowhere.”. The traveller gives the hero a fragmented map that leads to the guardian and investsmartsc.my for the Voidspawn. Had the hero ignored the traveler, they would have missed this crucial piece of information.
